Bonus Terms

1. General Rules

1.1 Viggoslots Casino occasionally offers bonuses, rewards, promotions, competitions, cashback, and/or gifts (“promotions”). These promotions will be governed by these General Bonus Terms and Conditions (“General Bonus T&Cs''). Each promotion will have its own specific terms and conditions outside the General Bonus Terms and Conditions. By participating in any promotion and agreeing to receive bonuses offered by Viggoslots Casino, you automatically consent to comply with our general bonus terms & conditions.

1.2 Offers are limited to one Offer per Player (one Offer per household address, shared computer or shared IP address, email address, telephone number, and payment method). Viggoslots Casino reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of being a duplicate and confiscate the assets of the relevant account.

1.3 If no other information is given, the minimum qualifying deposit to be able to get a bonus is 20 EUR or equivalent in another currency. The maximum amount of the bonus varies depending on the promotion/campaign.

1.4 All bonuses issued by Viggoslots Casino can only be used for games and cannot be transferred or paid out unless the specified bonus conditions for the bonus campaign are fulfilled.

1.5 Viggoslots Casino reserves the right to add, remove or alter any promotional/bonus details or terms at any time.

1.6 You must regularly check the bonus terms and conditions for any amendments or updates.

1.7 We may make terms and conditions available in various languages for our customers’ convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the English and non-English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version will prevail.

1.8 Unless otherwise stated, active bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of issue. Otherwise, both bonus funds & winnings associated with the relevant bonus will be forfeited.

1.9 Bonuses on the site are typically assigned based on their presence in a player's profile. If a bonus is not intended for a certain player, it usually won't show up in the 'available bonuses' section of their profile. However, errors can occur, leading to accidental bonus dispatches via email, SMS, or other communication methods, or even mistakenly appearing in the player's bonus section. If this happens, such unintended bonuses and any winnings resulting from them may be forfeited, as they weren't meant for that particular player.

1.10 Bonus money is free money intended to help you enjoy Viggoslots Casino; it is not to be withdrawn once received. To prevent you from withdrawing your bonus funds instantly, Viggoslots Casino (as well as other casinos) requires so-called “wagering” of the bonus money. The wagering coefficient indicates the number of times you need to place the bonus amount.

1.11 You may not place any bets that exceed the maximum bonus bet size when having an active bonus. The maximum bet size is 5 EUR, INR 500, USD 5, JPY 750, NZD 5, AUD 5, TRY 100, CAD 5, NOK 50, PLN 25, HUF 2000 (or equivalent in any other currency) per bet/spin or equivalent unless it is stated differently in the specific terms and conditions tailored to each bonus campaign. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring you know the maximum bonus bet size. For cases where bets are deemed to have exceeded the maximum bonus bet size, an account may be reviewed, and the bonus funds confiscated and winnings, if any, voided.

1.12 Cash bonuses, free money bonuses and Cash drops, both with and without wager requirements, have a maximum allowed withdrawal of five times (5) the bonus amount. For winnings from the Welcome Bonus, the Welcome Bonus carries no maximum withdrawal limit.

1.13 Players from the following countries are not entitled to receive the Welcome Bonus(es): Lithuania, Bulgaria, China, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Moldova, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United States.

1.14 Not all payment methods qualify for bonuses. If eligible, when selecting the method in the cashier, the bonus will appear for selection. For further information, you can always contact our Customer Support.

1.15 Real balance is used for bets first. Only when the amount on the player's real balance equals zero, they start playing for bonus money.

1.16 If you have decided not to participate in a promotion(s), you must contact Viggoslots Casino Customer support and request cancellation of the bonus before placing any bets.

1.17 The player has the right to cancel a bonus campaign from their account. Any winnings generated by the bonus money will also be cancelled. Cancelling a bonus campaign differs from terminating a campaign. A final is considered when the player has finished playing and requested a withdrawal, and that withdrawal has been approved.

1.18 Bonuses and Free spins that are given from our support or our live agents or goodwill bonuses/free spins of different kinds, may have wagering requirements and limits for allowed withdrawal amounts.

1.19 If your bonus is 'non-sticky', you can withdraw your real money balance before meeting the bonus wagering requirements. However, doing this will mean you lose any funds in your bonus balance. If the wagering applies to both your deposit and bonus, and you choose to forfeit, then both your cash balance and bonus will be removed. 

1.20 If you run out of deposit money and the bonus money attached to it before fulfilling the wagering requirements, your account will be cleared of any remaining wagering requirements. 

1.21 Viggoslots Casino bonuses are intended for recreational playing only. Improper use of the bonuses and promotional abuse will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to take the following actions against bonus abuse (list not exhaustive):

• Revoke and/or cancel any Bonuses and Bonus winnings that we regard as having been gained by misuse of the system.
• Ban such players from receiving further Bonuses.
• Suspension or Closure of the account.

Abuse may include, but is not limited to:

• Using multiple Accounts.
• Evidence that an offer is being claimed or benefits the same person or group of persons, acting in an attempt to defraud us.
• Wagering bonuses on excluded Games.
• Co-operation, collusion, or organization of bets from the same source.
• Manipulation of software, exploitation of loopholes, or other behaviours which amount to deliberate cheating.
• Hiding IP addresses or using VPN(s).
• Delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have wagering and non-wagering requirements.
• Using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure or on the built-up value during real-money play.

1.22 Abuse of offered bonuses or free spins will not be tolerated. Bonuses and free spins are intended for play with. Players are not allowed to collect and/or combine bonuses. If any abuse is detected, all winnings will be forfeited, and the bonus will be inactivated. Deposits may be returned to the player´s account.

1.23 Before any withdrawals can be processed, we must first examine your gameplay for any eventual discrepancies. To achieve fair play regarding the use of bonuses, bets played with the sole intention of receiving the bonus on its own back as winnings will be considered a discrepancy in the gameplay. This refers to betting for equal or low-marginal payouts. If Viggoslots Casino finds any irregularities in the pattern of gameplay, it reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings, and if prudent, after the bonuses have been annulled, to return the player’s deposits without necessarily having to inform the player about this.

1.24 A so-called Bonus Hunt (collecting game bonuses with an active bonus in the account, to play those game bonuses in a row at a specific time) is not allowed, neither with an active bonus nor with winnings arising from playing with a bonus. If the casino deems this to be true, all winnings will be voided, and Viggoslots Casino will return the player’s last deposit to their account. 

1.25 If a player violates the terms of an offer or promotion, or if there is a reasonable suspicion that a series of bets by a player or group of players are made in such a way that there is a suspicion that a manipulation of the outcome has been attempted of the welcome bonus or other types of offers guaranteed to players, or a group of players, regardless of outcome, Viggoslots Casino reserves the right to withdraw the offer and remove the bets paid with bonus or bonus winnings.

1.26 We prohibit player collusion and do not allow any kind of robots or programmed devices to participate in gameplay.

1.27 If you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions or we have a reasonable ground to suspect that you have breached them, we reserve the right to not open, to suspend, or to close your Account, or withhold payment of your winnings and apply such funds on account of any damages due by you. 

1.28 If Viggoslots Casino considers any player to have cheated, taken unfair advantage of bonuses or in other ways have acted in bad faith in relation to a promotion offered on the site, we reserve the right to block or permanently close the player's account. In the event of this, Viggoslots Casino is not obligated to refund the player's assets on the account, and all will be confiscated.

1.29 We may reclaim any Bonus that has been awarded in error in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. 

1.30 We may make amendments to an Offer to correct typographical errors or improve understanding, and we reserve the right to amend or terminate an offer if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. 

1.31 Viggoslots Casino reserves the right to ban a player from participating in promotions at any time without the obligation to provide any reasons behind such a decision. 

1.32 If a player fails to claim a deposit bonus or forgets to do so and intends to play with the bonus, they must contact Customer Support before placing any bets to request an adjustment of the balance. 

1.33 Game winnings from spins or game rounds initiated with bonus funds but completed with real money after the Bonus has been wagered, lost, or forfeited will be removed and may result in your account being closed for bonus abuse. 

1.34 When a bet uses a cash balance as well as a bonus balance, it is referred to as a “mixed bet”. In this case, all of the winnings are credited to the bonus balance.

 

 

2. Specific Promotions

2.1 Free Spins

2.1.1 For free spins credited with a deposit, the maximum winning withdrawal cap is 150 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency). 

2.1.2 Free Spins granted without a deposit requirement as a goodwill gesture or as part of a marketing campaign while the player is actively playing on the website are subject to a maximum withdrawal limit of 50 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency). 

2.1.3 Free Spins offered without a deposit required and upon registration of the account are subject to a maximum withdrawal limit of 50 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency). To initiate a withdrawal, a deposit may be required in accordance with the minimum withdrawal limits outlined in the Terms and Conditions. 

2.1.4 Unless otherwise stated, Free Spins do not carry a wagering requirement. 

2.1.5 Free spins can only be used in the specified game (or games) and cannot be transferred to other games. 

2.1.6 Free spins must be used within 24 hours from being credited to the Player’s account.

 

2.2 Wager Free Bonuses

2.2.1 When playing with a wager-free bonus offered by the casino, through a promotion/campaign or as a goodwill gesture from any member of the team, you are allowed a one-time withdrawal request (which will void the current bonus). In the case where funds remain in the balance, it will be considered as a win generated by your bonus, and the bonus terms & conditions continue to apply.

 

2.3 Cash Drops

2.3.1 Cash drop has a one-time (1x) wagering requirement. If the Cash drop is not used within 7 days, it will be forfeited from your balance.

 

2.4 Instant Bonuses

2.4.1 From time to time, support agents might consider awarding free bonus money or free cash as an act of goodwill in a case-by-case scenario. In such cases, and independently of the type or amount of bonus given, the maximum win resulting from that bonus cannot exceed 5 times the value of the original released bonus amount.

2.4.2 You can apply for reload bonuses only if you have no pending withdrawal. 

2.4.3 Unless stated in the individual promotional terms, the welcome bonus terms shall apply to all reload bonuses.

 

2.5 Welcome Package

2.5.1 The Welcome Package can be claimed directly from the deposit section and is divided into three deposit bonuses:

2.5.2 Free Spins will be credited at 13:00 CET on the day after the qualifying deposit. If all three bonuses are claimed in one day, Free Spins will be distributed over the following three days.

2.5.3 For players with registered addresses in Finland, the Welcome Package includes only Free Spins on the first three deposits:

• Welcome Free Spins Part 1: After the first deposit, the player will receive 20 Free Spins per day on Big Bass Splash (Pragmatic Play) for 5 days. The first 20 Free Spins will be credited 24 hours after the deposit

2.5.5 Free spins from the Welcome Package expire seven days (7) after being credited to the player’s account.

2.5.6 Players may encounter alternative welcome bonuses promoted through affiliate sites with permission from Viggoslots. If a player claims such an alternative offer, they are not permitted to claim the standard welcome bonus again from other sections. Should this occur due to a system error, the Casino reserves the right to close the account and/or forfeit winnings derived from such error.

2.5.7 The Welcome Package, whether Standard or Crypto, is available to players with any deposit at any time. Players can choose either the Crypto Welcome Bonus or the Standard Welcome Bonus for each deposit level, but not both for the same deposit.

2.5.8 If a player claims the Crypto Welcome Bonus for their first deposit, they cannot claim the Standard Welcome Bonus for that deposit. Likewise, if the Standard Welcome Bonus is claimed first, the Crypto Welcome Bonus for that deposit will no longer be available.

2.5.9 However, for each subsequent deposit where a bonus is available, players will again have the option to choose between the Crypto Welcome Bonus and the Standard Welcome Bonus.

2.5.10 Players can claim the Crypto Welcome Package directly from the deposit section when selecting a cryptocurrency payment method. This package consists of three deposit bonuses:

2.6 Wagerback

2.6.1 There are four types of Wagerbacks available on Viggoslots: Instant Wagerback, Daily Wagerback, Weekly Wagerback, and Monthly Wagerback.

2.6.2 All four Wagerbacks consider multiple factors when calculating your claimable amount, including but not limited to gameplay activity, consistency, and loyalty.

2.6.3 Wagerback applies to all game types, each contributing with different contribution multipliers.

2.6.4 All funds received through available Wagerbacks are credited to the real balance. Once claimed, these funds cannot be transferred or moved.

2.6.5 Viggoslots reserves the right to change, suspend, or remove any Wagerback at any time at its sole discretion.

2.6.7 Any attempt to claim a Wagerback multiple times within the same period due to a bug, exploit, or website hack constitutes a breach of goodwill and a violation of the Terms.

2.6.9 You acknowledge that if your account is locked or restricted for any reason, all rewards, including Wagerbacks, cannot be claimed while the restriction remains in effect.

Instant Wagerback

2.6.10 The Instant Wagerback can be claimed at any time, without time restrictions.

Daily Wagerback

2.6.11 The Daily Wagerback collection period runs from 2:00 AM to 2:00 AM the following day. It can be claimed between 2:00 AM and 1:00 AM of the next day.

2.6.12 If you fail to claim your Daily Wagerback before the next day’s Wagerback becomes available, the previous one will be voided and no longer claimable.

Weekly Wagerback

2.6.13 The Weekly Wagerback collection period runs from Monday at 2:00 AM to the following Monday at 2:00 AM. It can be claimed between Monday at 2:00 AM and the following Monday at 1:00 AM.

2.6.14 If you fail to claim your Weekly Wagerback before the next week’s Wagerback becomes available, the previous one will be voided and no longer claimable.

Monthly Wagerback

2.6.15 The Monthly Wagerback collection period runs from the 1st of the month at 2:00 AM to the 1st of the next month at 2:00 AM. It can be claimed between the 1st of the month at 2:00 AM and the 1st of the next month at 1:00 AM.

2.6.16 If you fail to claim your Monthly Wagerback before the next month’s Wagerback becomes available, the previous one will be voided and no longer claimable.

 

2.7 Monday Free Spins

2.7.1 Winnings from “Monday Free Spins” promotion are not subject to any wagering requirements.

2.7.2 The maximum payout from winnings obtained via “Monday Free Spins” is capped at 150 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency).

2.7.3 To qualify for “Monday Free Spins”, players must have made a minimum deposit of 20 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) between Monday and Sunday of the previous week.

2.7.4 “Monday Free Spins” will be credited at 13:00 CET on Mondays.

2.7.5 “Monday Free Spins” expire 48 hours after being credited.

 

2.8 Game of the Month

2.8.1 From the 20th of one month until the 19th of the following month, players can accumulate Free Spins for the upcoming “Game of the Month” promotion.

2.8.2 To qualify for the promotion, a minimum deposit of 20 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) must be made within the previous 30 days.

2.8.3 The Free Spins are Wager Free, and the exact number of spins awarded depends on the total deposit amount over the last 30 days as follows:

• Total deposits between 20–99 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) qualify for 10 Free Spins.
• Total deposits between 100–499 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) qualify for 50 Free Spins.
• Total deposits exceeding 500 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) qualify for 100 Free Spins.

2.8.4 Free Spins are credited at 12:45 CET on the 20th of each month. If the 20th falls on a Friday or Monday, spins will be credited on the 21st instead.

2.8.5 Free Spins from the “Game of the Month” expire two days after being credited to the player’s account.

2.8.6 The maximum payout from winnings obtained via “Game of the Month” is capped at 250 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency).

 

2.9 Sportsbook

2.9.1 To qualify for the 100% Welcome Free Bet offer, the player must place their first qualifying sports bet with a minimum stake of 10 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency), at minimum odds of 1.50 (1/2). Qualifying bets may be single, combo, or system bets with a minimum of three (3) selections.

2.9.2 The Welcome Free Bet will be credited immediately after the first qualifying sports bet is settled as a loss. If the initial bet is settled as a win, the Welcome Free Bet offer will be forfeited.

2.9.3 The Welcome Free Bet must be used within thirty (30) days of being credited. Unused Free Bets will expire automatically after this period unless stated otherwise.

2.9.4 The value of the Welcome Free Bet awarded will match the stake of the initial qualifying bet, with a minimum of 10 EUR and a maximum of 100 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency).

2.9.5 The awarded Free Bet will be visible in the “My Bonuses” section under “Free Bet” and will also appear on the bet slip with the available amount for use.

2.9.6 Free Bets issued as part of a Matched Free Bet Promotion will be credited within twenty-four (24) hours of meeting the qualifying criteria, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2.9.7 All Free Bets, including Welcome Free Bets and any other promotional Free Bets, must be used in full and cannot be split into multiple bets unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2.9.8 It is strictly prohibited to place a Free Bet on a market outcome opposite to a real-money bet on the same event. For example, placing a real-money bet on Team A to win and a Free Bet on the draw. If such activity is identified, both bets will be voided, and the Free Bet will be permanently cancelled.

2.6.9 If a Free Bet, regardless of type, is placed on a market that is subsequently voided, no returns will be paid, and the Free Bet will not be reinstated.

2.9.10 All Free Bets are non-withdrawable. Only net winnings, meaning total winnings minus the Free Bet stake, will be credited to the player's withdrawable balance. For example, a 5 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) Free Bet placed at odds of 3.5 would result in 12.50 EUR in winnings (17.50 EUR total minus 5 EUR stake).

2.9.11 There is no maximum cash-out limit on winnings derived from any Free Bet, including Welcome Free Bets and other promotional Free Bets.

2.9.12 Players have the option to use or decline any available Free Bet when placing a qualifying wager.

2.9.13 Viggoslots reserves the right to exclude, cancel, or revoke Free Bets and any associated winnings from player accounts suspected of abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity.

2.9.14 Full details regarding Free Bets, including eligibility, usage, restrictions, and limitations, are available in the “Freebet” section within the player’s account on the Viggoslots Sports page.

2.9.15 Bets placed on Sports will not contribute towards any Cashback offers. Cashback promotions are exclusively applicable to Casino gameplay unless otherwise stated.

2.9.16 Players with registered addresses in Finland are not eligible for the welcome free bet.

 

2.10     Race Campaign

2.10.1 Any spins or game rounds that finish after the end of the campaign will not count. This applies even if the bet was placed when the campaign was live.

2.10.2 The prizes are credited immediately and automatically at the end of the race.

2.10.3 The leaderboard is based on the total points for each player.

2.10.4 If there are two or more players with identical scores, the player scoring first will have a higher position on the leaderboard.

2.10.5 Your score is updated in real-time and leaderboard positions will change throughout the campaign.

2.10.6 We reserve the right to edit or remove any race campaign at any given time, without prior notice.

2.10.7 Specified terms and conditions may apply, as outlined in the individual race campaigns running on Viggoslots.

 

3. Other Terms

3.1 Some of our occasional promotions might be automatic match bonuses, meaning that, instead of claiming the bonus in the cashier, the bonus is automatically credited into the player’s account once the deposit has been successfully made.

3.2 Any offer is non-transferable.

3.3 To opt out of receiving an automatic bonus, please reach out to our support team after making your deposit. In some cases, certain bonuses can be removed upon request. It's crucial to note that to have a bonus removed, you must contact our Customer Support before placing any bets or commencing the wagering process for the bonus.

3.4 Different games and game types contribute towards fulfilling wagering requirements to different extents. For instance, if a game type delivers 100% towards wagering, it means that if you bet 1 EUR, 1 EUR will count towards completion of the wagering.

3.5 Below are the games’ bonus wagering contribution rates:

• Slot games: 100% (aside from the list below, which we reserve the right to update and forfeit any winnings if bonus funds are wagered on these games.)*

3.6 We reserve the right to update this list and forfeit any winnings if bonus funds are wagered on these games.

3.7 The stake size on any game with a "bonus buy" or "feature buy" option will count as the total cost of the spin, not the stake or value of the game round the feature or bonus is played at. For example, Money Train at 1 EUR stake, the bonus buy is 80x (80 EUR), so the bet size for this round would be 80 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency).

3.8 Although the wagering rules listed above are Viggoslots' default wagering settings, the player’s participation in certain promotions activates a special wagering mode for these promotions’ bonus money. For example, table games, excluded from wagering by default, might become the only type of games eligible for wagering bonus money within special promotions for table games. Any promotion with an irregular wagering mode will have an accurate description of this mode in its terms and conditions.

3.9 Viggoslots reserves the right to empty the player's gaming account bonus money if the player has not logged into their account during the last two months.
